Good guy looking for a Fangirl :-)

Whoever started the culture of online dating probably didn't think the whole "describe yourself" thing through. Summing up yourself in a brief paragraph never really covers all the bases. But being this is the meat-n-potatoes of getting to know each other, let's give it a shot! I'm hard-of-hearing, but not completely deaf, yet I LOVE music. Gotta dig those interesting contrasts, eh? I have a colorful imagination that tends to come out through art. I draw, I paint, I write fiction. Height-wise, I'm not a tall guy. Nationality is African-American, Puerto Rican, and Native American. My favorite movies of all time are the Back to the Future series, The Rocky Balboa Anthology, The Crow, Robocop, and Ghostbusters. Ghostbusters especially as its shamelessly evident in my profile picture. By day (and sometimes night) I work in food service, when its over…I'm glad to be doing anything but food service. I love to see people smile and usually go out of my way to get a laugh out of someone if they're feeling down. So, yeah, I'm kind of a goofball at heart because I don't believe that growing up means you have to let go of that wide-eyed wonder you had as a kid. At the same time, I'm very much a realist. My only goal in life is to rise above the worst that it tends to offer and do my best in everything I set out to do. See? And after everything I stated above, I've yet to cover all the bases. In the end, I'll say this––I'm no jerk. I don't like giving a woman the run-around just as much as she hates getting it. And the rest about me...well that's up to you to have fun finding out =)
