Single Woman Looking For Life Mate

My name is Leah. I am a 36 y/o deaf (but I speak well) woman. I am also a college graduate. I am divorced with a 13 year old daughter that lives with her father and visits me regularly. I love to cook, bake and sew; all the traditional things. I am also a social person that enjoys going out and spending time with my friends, I would love have a man in my life that enjoys getting off the couch and enjoying life with his lady. Like most women I have my hang-ups, things that just bug me such as; sloppiness, laziness and mean, pushy people. My personality is upbeat and happy most of the time. I have my down times like we all do, but for the majority of the time I am just a happy person that is looking for someone that wants to share my life so that we can make each others’ lives even happier. I love movies and dancing (yes I am deaf, I’ll explain dancing to you later) and camping in the summertime. I enjoy shopping, but I have learned my lesson over the years that just because I might like it, does not mean that my man does….(but if you did that would be great, lol) I am not looking for a man to marry “right now” but I am looking for a man to date for a good long time, one that is either deaf, knows sign language or is willing to learn. I have taught sign over the years and it really does not take a lot of time or effort. I foresee dating for a year to year and a half, really get to know a guy before deciding that he is the one to spend my life with.
