Well I truly only know the alphabet and mess up the rest right now.. But I learned it because I grew up with a good friend who was deaf. She read lips and was fine. BUT I was once somewhere where one girl was deaf and NO ONE knew how to sign, so I learned to be able to talk to her and the reverse. I also believe ALL SHOULD KNOW HOW TO SIGN!
